Big ​P&G investors favor board seat for Peltz, but here's the catch

Nearly three-quarters of institutional investors that own a lot of Procter and Gamble stock favor electing hedge fund manager Nelson Peltz to a seat on the company’s board, according to a survey by a Wall Street firm, but P&G alumni and other retail shareholders could swing the vote when the proxy battle is decided Tuesday.
