Euro-American Women's Council 21st Annual Global Goddess Artemis Award Ceremony set for October 7, 2017 in Athens, Greece

Distinguished Leaders from the United States and around the Globe will be recognized at the 21st Global Goddess Artemis Award Ceremony to be held at the Acropolis Museum in Athens, Greece.

WASHINGTON, DC, September 22, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Board of Directors of the Euro-American Women's Council, its Coalition Partners and Members proudly announce the 21st Annual Global Goddess Artemis Award Ceremony and Program to be held this year in Greece. The exciting eight day program will begin on the gorgeous Island of Mykonos with honored guests enjoying the luxurious five star Royal Myconian Resort & Villas from October 2-3-4.

A special visit is planned for Tuesday, October 3rd to the sacred island of Delos, the birthplace of the Goddess Artemis and her brother Apollo. The Honorable Mayor of Mykonos, Attorney Kostas Koukas will dedicate to EAWC participants a private tour guide of the Island. On Wednesday, October 3rd, Mayor Koukas will inaugurate special festivities. The festivities will be captured in a special film titled "PROMISE" by renowned film director Mr. Sun Xan.

On Thursday, October 5th the Honorees and guests will depart from Mykonos to Athens, with a visit to the world renowned Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio. While in Athens, the distinguished participants will enjoy the luxury of the five star St. George Lycabettus Lifestyle Hotel. On Friday, October 6th, a special Forum at the European Parliament will be held, followed by a visit to Parliament of the Hellenic Republic hosted by the President of the Parliament, Mr. Vroutsis. That evening a performance at the historic Herodion Theater with famous singer Manolis Mitsias will take place.

On Saturday, October 7th, The Global Goddess Artemis Award Ceremony will be held at the Acropolis Museum hosted by the Honorable Elena Kountoura Minister of Tourism of the Hellenic Republic. The Global Goddess Artemis Award is presented to notable women and men leaders from around the globe for their distinguished achievements in the fields of business, politics, academia and the arts. The end goal of this unique experience is the development of solid alliances and new prospects for all participants.

On Sunday, October 8th, distinguished guests will visit The Corinthian Canal and Casino Loutraki. On Monday, October 9th distinguished guests and honorees will go on an excursion to Delphi. Guests will visit the archaeological site, the museum of Delphi and the traditional village of Arachova.
