Morgan Stanley Appoints Naureen Hassan Chief Digital Officer for Wealth Management

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) today announced the appointment of Naureen Hassan as Chief Digital Officer for Wealth Management, a new position in which she will lead the strategy and marketing of digital tools and platforms serving the Firm’s 16,000 financial advisors and 3.5 million clients.

Naureen Hassan served most recently as Executive Vice President, Investment Services Segments and Platforms at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where she led Schwab Intelligent Portfolios and oversaw client experience and web and mobile channels. She held a succession of executive positions, including chief operating officer of Charles Schwab Bank, since joining the company in 2003. She holds a B.A. degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
