[Business Wire] – Praxair, Inc. today announced that GE Aviation and Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Praxair, Inc., have entered into a definitive agreement to form a joint venture for the development, support and application of specialized coatings.
