Life Sciences Training & Development Conference Now Accepting Workshop Submissions

Leading Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device and Diagnostic Companies to Assemble for 44th Annual Event Focused on Industry Training
PRLog - Dec. 4, 2014 - ROANOKE, Va. -- The Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN, formerly SPBT) has issued a call for workshops to be presented at the 44th LTEN Annual Conference (www.LTENconference.com), a training conference exclusively for life sciences training and development professionals, to be held in Phoenix, AZ, from June 1-4, 2015.

The conference brings together learning and development professionals from pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostics companies to build  new relationships, share strategies, benchmark results, and explore innovative new tactics and technologies that impact learning and drive business results. Conference workshops will focus on career success, leadership management, global education, digital and mobile learning, learning technologies, measuring training’s impact, instructional design and delivery, customer engagement, selling skills, and managed care and healthcare reform.

The conference organizers are accepting submissions from in-the-trenches training professionals, consultants, authors and vendors from corporations, academia and non-profits.

LTEN welcomes workshop submissions of original and previously unpublished research, case studies and analysis. All submissions will be peer-reviewed, and once accepted, will be included on the event web site and printed conference programs and will be made available for download post-event to all conference attendees. Every year, the conference planning committee receives a number of workshop submissions from industry leaders, including Genentech, Medtronic, Daiichi Sankyo, St. Jude Medical, ROI Institute, NeuroLeadership Institute. Past events have included workshops focused on a wide range of topics, including personal branding, leadership communication, neuroscience of learning, sales strategy, learning transfer, big data, curriculum design and delivery, and market access.
