Zacks.com releases the latest Analyst Interview. Todays interview is with senior analyst Steve Biggs, who discusses Kenexa (Nasdaq: KNXA), salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), Volvo (Nasdaq: VOLV) and BP (NYSE: BP).

A synopsis of todays Analyst Interview is presented below. The full article can be read at http://at.zacks.com/?id=2678.

What Buy recommendations do you have for us today?

Kenexa (Nasdaq: KNXA) is a leader in the market for recruiting software, so it helps Human Resource [HR] departments find talent, as well as HR processes as far as employee satisfaction and hopefully retaining employees for a longer period of time. It's On-demand software, similar to a salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), where its sold as a subscription and its revenues are already booked for the year. So no chance of a meaningful downside surprise. The company recently acquired another company called Brass Ring, which has given it multiple-language capabilities, and as a result has been able to sign several multi-national deals, including one recently with Volvo (Nasdaq: VOLV) and also BP (NYSE: BP).

This is one industry in particular [Internet services] youve been expecting big things from this year.

Yeah, exactly. I think On-demand software is the wave of the future, and its the way most people will be buying software.
