PrinterInkCartridges.ie Launching New Compatible Ink Brand

By: WebWire

Up to 100 different cartridge models predominantly in Epson, Brother and Canon compatibles as part of the new range will be launched January 2023 for the UK and Ireland market and will available online and through local distributors.

The Irish company targeted a number of factors in developing the new product range. Research and development pinpointed areas in functionality and design which could solve existing problems in cartridge installation and printing processes.

Major emphasis allocated to the cartridge chip and the communication with the printer. Printers 'not recognising' the ink cartridge was the main issue product research highlighted. Printers were not able to communicate with the compatible chip as they differed slightly to the original chips. Substantial resources were allocated to the chip design and how it was manufactured with particular attention to the components and materials assembled.

The ink solution used will be manufactured to the highest standard insuring ink insertion to the print hard copy will be seamless, smooth and efficient. This is essential for maintaining a high standard of print output.

PrinterInkCartridges.ie stated: β€œThe manufacturing process meets the highest regulation standards in product assembly eliminating any potential risks or damage to printers.” This has been a general topic of discussion but it is still relatively unproven if, for example, a faulty cartridge can have any adverse effects on the printer. However, PrinterInkCartridges.ie believe their rigorous design, manufacturing and testing has removed this possibility.

Of course, it still remains to be seen how successful the company is addressing the issues specified. It is a complicated process designing components for third party use as access to the printer product specifications will be limited for each brand. Therefore, heavy reliance on product testing is critical achieving that product IQ. PrinterInkCartridges.ie undertook an extensive testing program creating similar conditions to that of the average printer users in an office, commercial, industrial, educational or home environment. They believe thorough testing allowed the product development to overcome all issues of concern, delivering a high-level product. In fact the company published final product testing results averaging at 97% success rate when the ink cartridge was tested in the relevant branded printer.
