Over $5,000,000,000.00 (that's $5 Billion I know of) sat in funds to 'allegedly' go towards saving the oceans - yet the man (me) who puts his own money, time and effort in, with real, practical, methods and solutions - has to now 'HOPE' someone, somewhere values a dolphin, turtle, seal or whale worth more than £50 - so I can go and save them...

We NEED the oceans as much as we NEED the creatures in them to caretake - everyone of them plays a part, remember a hospital wouldn't operate without a cleaner.
