EMPOWERMENT AND LEADERSHIP 2023 is awarded to Sheryl Sandberg, who served as the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, now Meta, from 2008 until the fall of 2022; she currently remains a member of the company's board of directors. Sandberg played a crucial role in the company's development and in promoting female empowerment and leadership. 

SOCIAL JUSTICE ADVOCATE 2023 is awarded to Bryan Stevenson, an American civil rights lawyer and activist who founded the Equal Justice Initiative to combat racial injustice and mass incarceration in the United States. 

MARKETING AND BRANDING TRAILBLAZER 2023 is awarded to Bozoma Saint John, who was the Chief Marketing Officer of Netflix, and has developed successful and innovative marketing campaigns for some of the biggest companies in the technology and pop culture sectors. 

INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROJECT 2023 is awarded to Daniele Cassioli, multiple world champion in water skiing, corporate trainer, and president of Real Eyes Sport A.S.D., for his educational project. 

QUALITY EDUCATION FOR ALL 2023 is awarded to the Roger Federer Foundation, for their outstanding work in support of educational projects in South Africa and Switzerland. 

BEST LATAM HR INFLUENCER 2023 is awarded to Andrea Greco, LinkedIn Creator, and founder of Alcance Assessoria. 

The Norns Awards focus on five categories, representing the key aspects of businesses that stand out for excellence and innovation. The categories are:
