(TSXV: VXTR; OTCQB: VXTRF) ("Voxtur" or the "Company"), a North American technology company creating a more transparent and accessible real estate lending ecosystem, announces that it has entered into a severance agreement (the “Severance Agreement”) with a former executive of its subsidiary Realwealth Technologies, LLC.
As part of the Severance Agreement, the Company shall pay $650,573 and issue 2,500,000 common shares of the Company (the “Severance Shares”) to the former executive. The issuance of the Severance Shares is subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. In addition, the Company shall release from escrow 2,000,000 common shares of the Company (the “Escrow Shares”), previously issued in relation to the acquisition of Realwealth Technologies, LLC.
