Marcus D. Spencer wraps up his role in Las Vegas production, 'Skate To Hell.'

Marcus D. Spencer, renowned for BIG SPENCE in the film industry, wraps up his role in Skate To Hell. He has teamed up with Robert LaSardo (The Mule) and Eric Roberts (The Dark Night) again by coming on board of Shawn C Phillips's comedy/horror, Skate To Hell



Over the last 12 months, the Tormented Revenge star has been to Las Vegas, NV, to work on three separate films; Adam Werth's Alien Storm, Michael Su's Bikers vs Werewolves, and now Shawn C. Phillips's Skate To Hell. The current film, Skate To Hell, is written by the Phillips brothers, Ethan and Shawn C. Phillips, and is directed by Shawn C. Phillips as well. 


Skate To Hell is about a cursed skateboard that was created for the Devil's son to use in order to visit Earth. Kurt, played by Joseph Poliquin (5 Nights At Freddy's) and a group of teens steal the skateboard and the Devil, played by Robert LaSardo, comes to Earth to find his son and the cursed skateboard. As we know, the Devil wreaks havoc everywhere he goes and this movie is no different.


Spencer plays Small P an up-and-coming rapper who finds himself on to a film set. This film within a film is being directed by the talented and well-known hands of Jim Seamstress played by G Larry Butler who happens to be an internet friend of Small P. Once on set, Small P is asked to help with the film even though he’s never worked in film before. Jim believes in Small P and figures he could also use the muscle since Small P sits at 6’2” and well over 300 lbs. 


Skate To Hell is sure to be a wild ride with many laughs and jump-scares throughout. The film is also packed with a talented cast which includes; Lisa Wilcox (A Nightmare on Elm Street), James Duval (Gone in 60 Seconds), Todd Bridges (Diff’rent Strokes), and many more. This film is finalizing its principal photography this week and will be off to post-production.  


Marcus D. Spencer was brought on to this production strictly for acting purposes but he still wears his writer, director and producer hat. The State Of Consciousness lead recently finished principal photography of his latest film, A Murder In Oakland which is currently in post-production. Spencer is co-producing this film under his production company ‘Touch The Heart Productions’ and Eduardo Castrillo’s company Uncia Films. BIG SPENCE is the co-writer, lead and also the director.
