The London-based media management company has formalised its expansion into talent representation – representing speakers, authors, and business leaders for commercial engagements – after a nine-month infrastructure build exposed fundamental flaws in the talent management industry.

LONDON – March 18, 2026 – Clash Creation, a UK-based media management company, has surpassed 1.5 billion organic video views generated for its clients and an estimated $75 million in earned media value – and is now using that track record to expand into commercial talent representation.

Founded in 2024 by Joden Newman – known also by media pseudonym Joden Clash – alongside co-founders: CMO Tia Warner; and COO Aydan Banks, the company originally built its reputation on a proprietary short-form video production methodology that consistently generated millions of views for founders and business leaders. That methodology, developed by Newman from his own experience building a 1.7 million-follower personal creator brand, has now been applied across more than a dozen client accounts.

The company has now formalised its expansion into full talent management – representing its clients commercially for keynote speaking engagements, brand partnerships, and media opportunities.

"We spent nine months inside this industry – working directly with existing talent agencies, mapping every stage of the process, pressure-testing the model," said Aydan Banks, Co-Founder and COO of Clash Creation. "I've spent my career in broadcast television, where the production infrastructure is rigorous and every deliverable has a standard. What we found in talent management was the opposite. Large rosters with minimal attention per client. Commission structures that reward the agency for work the client's own team generated. No creative capability whatsoever. The operational side was straightforward to build – the harder realisation was that nobody in the industry was even trying to do it properly."

From content production to commercial management

The expansion is the result of a nine-month infrastructure project that began in July 2025. Clash Creation conducted extensive research across the talent management industry – including working directly with existing talent agencies to identify where the model breaks – while simultaneously building relationships with senior figures in influencer marketing and brand partnerships at major companies. Co-Founder and CMO Tia Warner, whose previous career in events and commercial bookings gave the company an established network on the deal-making side, has led much of the commercial build.

What the company found, according to the founding team, is an industry structurally designed to benefit the agency at the expense of the client. Traditional talent management firms maintain large rosters because their model demands volume – meaning most clients receive minimal attention. Agencies routinely claim commission on inbound deals generated entirely by the client's own content or media team. And because these firms employ no creative talent, the partnerships they broker frequently conflict with the client's content strategy – prioritising short-term fees over long-term brand equity.

"These agencies profit off work they didn't do," said Joden Newman, Founder and CEO of Clash Creation. "We grow a founder's digital presence from almost nothing. Then a management firm shows up, takes 20% of the inbound deals that only exist because of the content we produced, and calls it their success. The bigger we make a client, the better they look – and they're doing nothing to earn it. We have the same connections. We're better at negotiating because we actually understand the value of what we've built. And we know our clients well enough to broker deals that pull real organic engagement and earned media value – not quick-buck partnerships that damage the brand. Nobody else in this space can do that, because nobody else has a creative team."

The company operates from a production studio in Bermondsey, Central London, and currently represents speakers, authors, and business leaders across the leadership, entrepreneurship, and creator economy sectors.

Why creative leadership changes the model

The talent management industry's fundamental flaw, according to Clash Creation, is not commercial – it is creative. Traditional agencies and speaker bureaus employ general managers, account executives, and sales teams. None of them have the creative capability to understand how a brand deal, a keynote, or a media opportunity fits into the larger narrative a founder is building across every platform simultaneously.

"Building a founder's personal brand is two completely separate jobs at the start – a viewership strategy and an authority strategy – and most people don't realise they only converge later," said Tia Warner, Co-Founder and CMO of Clash Creation. "Organic content reaches real people. Targeted outbound, representation, keynotes – that's the authority side. Different muscle entirely. The problem is, when founders go looking for someone to handle that commercial side, they walk into an industry that has no creative talent and no understanding of narrative. You are writing and propelling a story – the odyssey of a person – and you are telling it in every single medium at once. Video, SEO, keynotes, brand deals, press. That requires a creative director, not a general manager. We've built the infrastructure to do both, and the creative team leads everything. That's the entire point."
