A native of Detroit, Michigan, Izzi built a successful career as the owner of an accounting firm before returning to a passion for writing that began in high school. He has since written numerous short stories, poetry, and more than a dozen thriller novels. His recent works include Of Sixty-Third Street, as well as Dinner At Tony Napoli's, Then Came Four, and Lords, which received the Literary Titan Book Award. Izzi lives in suburban Chicago with his wife, Ginette, and is the proud father of four grown children and grandfather to two grandchildren.
