About Ned Mitenius
With over 35 years’ experience in industry, Ned Mitenius is an independent consultant since 2008 who assists Fortune 500 clients in highly regulated industries. He has expertise in Project Management and PMO development,business process improvement, manufacturing operations, asset management, manufacturing. He is the founder of Periscope Consulting LLC and the One Food Team LLC.
Ned began his career in leadership as a naval officer, with education in engineering and business. His experience includes roles as the Reactor Division Officer in the U.S. Navy submarine fleet. He has trained practitioners in project management, and taught operations courses including operating efficiency and reliability centered maintenance.
