Janes Capital Partners announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to ExoAnalytic Solutions on its pending acquisition by Anduril Industries. Anduril has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions. The deal remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
