Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman, Director Robert Santos, Ana Valdez, and Stephanie Valencia join LCF’s Board, bringing expertise in philanthropy, economic development, governance, and national leadership

The Latino Community Foundation (LCF) announced today the appointment of four visionary leaders to its Board of Directors, strengthening the organization’s ability to advance civic and economic power for Latino communities across the nation.

Joining the LCF Board are:

• Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman, former Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the highest-ranking Latina in the Biden-Harris Administration, and a national leader in economic development and entrepreneurship.
• Director Robert Santos, former Director of the U.S. Census Bureau and the first Latino to hold the position in the agency’s history.
• Ana Valdez, CEO of the Latino Donor Collaborative, a leading voice in reshaping the Latino narrative through research and philanthropy.
• Stephanie Valencia, Co-Founder and President of Equis, a pioneering organization dedicated to building Latino political power.

These appointments reflect the caliber of leadership that Latinos bring to every sector in the U.S. spanning public service, philanthropy, civic, and business development. These new appointments will help LCF expand its impact at a time when Latinos are the nation’s second-largest racial or ethnic group and an essential force in shaping the country’s future.
