Vince Holding Corp., (Nasdaq: VNCE) (“VNCE” or the “Company”), a global contemporary retailer, will begin trading today on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") following its voluntary transfer from the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "VNCE". To celebrate this milestone, the Company will ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell on October 23, 2025.
