The awards recognize exceptional Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Enterprise-Wide ERGs & Diversity Councils, and notable individuals for their outstanding contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their organizations. At the conference, Talent Dimensions announced the upcoming transition of the Global ERG NetworkⓇ to new owners, Tapestry Partner Solutions (TPS). The TPS team designed and hosted the 2024 GEN Conference in alignment with their people-centric and transformative approach. Each moment was designed with intention on the human experience and building connections, with content focused on innovation and developing leaders.
