The Federal Reserve will have a significant presence at this year’s Nacha Smarter Faster Payments 2022 conference, May 1-4 in Nashville, Tenn., including an array of speaker and panel sessions and a larger booth footprint to showcase the FedNowSM Service, a new instant payments infrastructure coming in 2023.
Highlights of the Federal Reserve’s Nacha presence this year include:
- Federal Reserve Town Hall, Monday, May 2 (1:05 p.m. CT). The Federal Reserve continues to be on the frontline of the evolution in payments. Hear senior leaders from across the Federal Reserve discuss top strategic priorities and industry trends impacting payments channels. Topics will include the FedNow Service, central bank digital currency and cross-border payments.

FedNow Service Provider Showcase: A lineup of 18 service providers are scheduled to speak at the Federal Reserve’s booth (701) on their solutions for implementing and innovating with the FedNow Service. The service providers are part of the Federal Reserve’s larger online showcase, available on FedNowExplorer.org. Sessions will be held:
