UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / July 10, 2025 / Marquis Who's Who honors Jason M. Fink, Esq., as an industry leader for his expertise in commercial real estate and business dispute law. Mr. Fink, the managing partner of Berger Fink LLP, focuses on winning each dispute in the initial stages of litigation based upon a distinctive process he created. He utilizes his programming skills to perform swift and efficient legal research and create a specialized roadmap of the specific legal rules and exceptions applicable to each case he takes on at its inception in order to maximize the client's strategic advantage.

A Core Educational Background
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Fink formed a solid academic foundation. In 1992, he earned a bachelor's degree from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University. In 1995, he completed a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Cardozo Law Review and graduated with cum laude honors. During his first-year legal research and writing class, Mr. Fink realized that he could utilize his familiarity with different computer programming languages to create complex searches in online legal databases to rapidly find a limited number of highly applicable cases and statutes without missing relevant results and sacrificing accuracy. From then on, Mr. Fink has spent a considerable amount of time refining and enhancing this unusual skill. His achievements in academia were acknowledged with several scholarships and awards, including the Albert Gallatin Scholarship, the Helbein Scholarship, the Westlake Foundation Scholarship and the Founder's Day Award. Sedita Jr., the Chief Judge of the City Court of Buffalo, during the summer of 1993, and worked in Anchorage, Alaska, on the Exxon Valdez oil spill cases for Hill, Betts & Nash LLP in the summer of 1994. After graduating law school in 1995, Mr. Fink developed instructional content and research guides to assist consumers and businesses with legal and technical issues when purchasing computer and electronics equipment, a condensed portion of which was published in American Outlook Magazine. In 1998, Mr. Fink joined the Hudson Institute as a senior adjunct fellow, where he worked directly for the president of the institute.
