Although Thailand does not have the Nordic-style dry hot sauna tradition, it has deeply integrated herbal steam baths into its overall health concept and high-end SPA industry, creating a unique "sauna" experience with Thai characteristics. To accommodate the guest's professional background, Vapa specially arranged four colleagues who were fluent in English to accompany him throughout the visit. They first took him to see the star product - the Cold Tub. The guest was immediately captivated and asked about details such as the model, size, and material of each bathtub. The colleagues enthusiastically answered his questions and invited him to take a dip himself to experience it. Unable to refuse the invitation, he boldly stepped into the bathtub and completed a most authentic "Thai recovery" simulation.
