Other Events.
On June 19, 2007, Black Box
Corporation (the “Company”) received a decision from a
Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel granting the Company’s request for continued listing of its common
stock on The Nasdaq Global Select Market, subject to the Company filing, on or before July 23, 2007, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q
for the fiscal quarter ended December 30, 2006, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year
ended March 31, 2007 and any required restatements.
