Other Events.
On
May 21, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of
Lender Processing Services, Inc. (the Company) adopted a policy
stating that, effective immediately, the Company will not enter into
future new employment agreements, or materially amended employment
agreements, with named executive officers that include any excise tax
gross-up provisions with respect to payments contingent upon a change in control.
