On March 3, 2008, Pioneer Drilling Company (the “Company”) held a conference call to
discuss the completion of its acquisition of WEDGE Well Services, L.L.C., WEDGE Wireline Services,
Inc. and WEDGE Fishing and Rental Services, L.L.C. from affiliates of WEDGE Group Incorporated. A
copy of the entire conference call, including the question-and-answer session, is attached hereto
