(b) On June 8, 2010, Mr. Gui Karyo delivered a notice of resignation to the Board of Directors of
Majesco Entertainment Company (the “Company”) announcing his resignation as the Company’s
Executive Vice President, Operations effective as of June 30, 2010. Mr.
Karyo informed the Board that he is resigning his position to pursue other business opportunities.
