     On June 3, 2010, MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2010 Annual Meeting”). A total of 28,659,125 shares of common stock were present or represented by proxy at the 2010 Annual Meeting, representing 80% of the issued and outstanding shares entitled to vote at the meeting.
