Dana Holding Corporation (“Dana”) today issued a news release announcing the death of Jerome B.
“Jerry” York, who was Lead Independent Director of Dana’s Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit
Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. A copy of the press release is attached as
