     On January 29, 2010, Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. announced that it priced its public offering of 20,833,333 shares of the Company’s common stock at a price of $1.20 per share. The Company has granted the representatives of the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,125,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.

     In addition, the Company announced that four of the its major shareholders affiliated with the Restis Group have committed to purchase an additional 4,166,667 shares of common stock directly from the Company at the public offering price.
