The Company expects a net loss of ($1,128,696), or ($0.11) per share, for the six-month period ended June 30, 2005, compared to a net loss of ($282,338), or ($0.03) per share, for the six-month period ended June 30, 2004. The increased net loss for the three- and six- month periods ended June 30, 2005 as compared to the same periods in 2004 is due primarily to decreased revenues as detailed below.
