On March 28, 2008, Western Sizzlin Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has signed a term sheet to purchase a controlling interest in Mustang Capital Advisors, LP and Mustang Capital Management, LLC.  Copies of the press release and the signed term sheet are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
