            On July 13, 2005 Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, Inc., a Delaware
corporation (the "Company") announced its preliminary unaudited operating
results for the twelve week second quarter ended June 14, 2005. A copy of the
press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
