(1)	The Reporting Person's board nominee, Juliet Teo, resigned on January 31, 2018. The Reporting Person is therefore no longer entitled to the 3,952 shares of restricted stock that would have vested in full on May 3, 2018, if such Reporting Person's board nominee had remained on the board through such date.
(2)	Dahlia Investments Pte. Ltd. directly owns the shares of the Issuer's Common Stock. Dahlia Investments Pte. Ltd. is wholly owned by Thomson Capital Pte. Ltd., which is wholly-owned by Tembusu Capital Pte. Ltd., which is wholly-owned by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited. Each of Thomson Capital Pte. Ltd., Tembusu Capital Pte. Ltd. and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, through the ownership described herein, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of the Issuer's Common Stock that are directly owned by Dahlia Investments Pte. Ltd.
Remarks: The Reporting Person had nominated a director to the board of directors. The original Form 4 filed on February 2, 2018 is amended by this Form 4 amendment to correctly reflect that the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16. No other changes have been made to the original Form 4.
