Paris, April 19, 2011.  Veolia Environnement announces that it filed its Form 20-F annual report for 2010, which includes the company’s audited financial statements, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 18, 2011.
 
The Form 20-F is available on our website at www.finance.veolia.com under “Publications”, “Corporate”. A hard copy of the Form 20-F shall be provided free of charge to shareholders and bondholders on request.
