(1) | On June 11, 2015, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 26,316 shares of common stock. Forty percent of the option vests based on Wingstop's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for fiscal year 2016. The remaining sixty percent of the option vests in equal annual installments based on Wingstop's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years 2017, 2018 and 2019. The performance criteria for 2016 were met, resulting in vesting of the option as to 10,526 shares. |
