Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 6, 2007 we issued a press release announcing the signing of the Production Sharing Contracts on the four Exploration Blocks in India previously awarded to the Company. The signing, which was held at a ceremony in New Delhi, India on March 2, 2007 was part of the signing of production sharing contracts relating to 52 exploration blocks awarded by the Government of India under the sixth round of the New Exploration Licensing Policy ("NELP-VI").
