On September 1, 2015, Vince Holding Corp. (the “Company”) appointed David Stefko as its Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, as reported on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 3, 2015. On January 14, 2016, the Company announced that Mr. Stefko will assume the role of permanent Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Stefko’s appointment as permanent Chief Financial Officer, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
