ATHENS, GREECE, November 2, 2007.  STEALTHGAS INC. (NASDAQ: GASS) (the “Company”), a ship-owning company serving the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sector of the international shipping industry, announced today that it will release its third quarter and nine months results for the period ended September 30, 2007 on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 before the opening of the market in New York.

On the Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. EST, the company’s management will host a conference call to discuss the results and the company’s operations and outlook.
