Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 1, 2018, Neenah, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable December 3, 2018 to shareholders of record as of close of business on November 16, 2018. The press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
