ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On June 20, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing the
publication of a study demonstrating the ability of its WAVE System to enable
detection of mutations in the BCR-ABL gene that are associated with development
of resistance to imatinib therapy in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) patients. A
copy of the press release is filed herewith as Item 9.01 and is incorporated
herein by reference.
