(1) On October 13, 2015, Wirelesstoys Sweden AB, an entity beneficially owned by Mr. Eriksson, acquired 52,631 shares of Neonode common stock in an underwritten public offering of common stock by Neonode at the public offering price and consistent with Mr. Eriksson's indication of interest as disclosed in the prospectus supplement dated October 7, 2015 filed by Neonode.
