Meritor, Inc. (“Meritor”) announced today that Mary Lehmann, Senior Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Development, delivered notice to Meritor on February 8, 2012 of her intent to resign her position with Meritor effective February 22, 2012 in order to pursue other opportunities.
Carl Anderson, formerly the Assistant Treasurer of Meritor, is being appointed to the position of Treasurer, effective February 22, 2012.
