On March 1, 2019, Western Asset Investment Grade Income Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) issued a press release, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the appointment of Peter J. Taylor as a director of the Fund, effective March 1, 2019.
