On December 16, 2014, Korea Power Corporation (“KEPCO”) sold a 4.54% equity interest in, or 1,737,000 common shares of, KEPCO Engineering & Construction Co., Inc. (“KEPCO E&C”) at a price of Won 50,100 per share. Following such sale, KEPCO holds a 66.32% equity interest in, or 25,346,940 common shares of, KEPCO E&C.

Such sale was pursuant to the Korean government’s plans to reduce debt levels and improve management efficiency of public enterprises.
