On October 8, 2013, Luoxis Diagnostics, Inc. (“Luoxis”), a majority-owned subsidiary of Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Ampio”) sent an update letter to its stockholders (the “Luoxis Letter”). A copy of the Luoxis Letter is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
