Other Events.

Effective August 15, 2013, Ms. Lauren Tashma resigned as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and as an executive officer of Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company has initiated an executive search for her replacement.
