On October 4, 2012, MRC Global Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its intention to enter into a senior secured term loan facility and to use the net proceeds therefrom together with a draw on its Global ABL Facility to redeem its outstanding 9.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2016.
