Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 1, 2011, Bruce Renouard, Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Power Integrations, Inc., notified Power Integrations, Inc. that he will be leaving the company to serve a similar role at a larger company outside of the analog semiconductor sector. Ben Sutherland will serve as acting Vice President of Sales and will lead Power Integrations, Inc.’s sales organization on an interim basis while a replacement is being sought.
