On November 11, 2010, BSQUARE Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 and held a conference call to discuss those results. The call was also recorded and is available via webcast on the Company’s website. In connection with this call, the Company is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission the following documents attached as exhibits to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference: the earnings release attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto; and the conference call transcript attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
