On October 9, 2008, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. issued a press release pertaining to the promotion of Niraj Vasisht, Ph.D. to Senior Vice President of Product Development and Chief Technical Officer. Dr. Vasisht will continue to report to Andrew L. Finn, Pharm.D., Executive Vice President of Product Development. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
