On March 10, 2008, Spark Networks, Inc. announced a stock buyback program for 1,000,000 shares of its common stock. On March 14, 2008, the Company announced an increase in the size of its stock buyback program from 1,000,000 shares to 1,500,000 shares of its common stock. The Company completed the stock buyback program on May 5, 2008. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference, is the Company’s press release announcing the completion of the Company’s stock buyback program.
